• Integration with Shopify for e-commerce data
• Dashboard and reporting tools
• Data visualization and insights

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Account Connections

By connecting your Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Shopify accounts to our Service, you grant us permission to:

• Access and retrieve data from your connected accounts as necessary to provide the Service
• Store and process this data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Display analytics and insights based on your account data

You may revoke these permissions at any time by disconnecting your accounts from our Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service without our express written permission

• Violate the terms of service of any connected third-party platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopify)

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Adamir and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your data remains your property. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

8. Subscription and Payments

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service and request data deletion through our Data Deletion Instructions.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Adamir operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
