How to request deletion of your data from Adamir

1. Overview

At Adamir, we respect your right to control your personal data. This page provides instructions on how to request the deletion of your data from our systems.

2. What Data Can Be Deleted?

You can request deletion of all data associated with your Adamir account, including:

  • Your account information (email, profile data)
  • Cached data from your connected advertising accounts
  • Historical analytics and reports
  • Account connection tokens and credentials
  • Any other personal information stored in our systems

3. Important Information

⚠️ Please note:

  • Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your data is deleted, you will not be able to recover it.
  • Deleting your data from Adamir does not affect your original data in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Shopify accounts.
  • After deletion, you will need to create a new account if you wish to use Adamir again.
  • Some data may be retained for legal or regulatory compliance purposes as required by law.

4. How to Request Data Deletion

There are two ways to request deletion of your data from Adamir:

Option 1: Through Your Account

  1. Log in to your Adamir account
  2. Navigate to Account Settings
  3. Scroll to the "Danger Zone" section
  4. Click on "Delete Account"
  5. Confirm your decision in the confirmation dialog

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Option 2: Email Request

If you cannot access your account or prefer to request deletion via email, please send an email to:

Please include the following information:

  • Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
  • Email address: The email associated with your Adamir account
  • Account details: Any additional information to help us identify your account (optional)
  • Confirmation: Explicit statement that you want all your data deleted

5. Data Deletion Timeline

Once we receive your deletion request:

  • Immediate: Your account access will be immediately revoked
  • Within 48 hours: We will confirm receipt of your request via email
  • Within 30 days: All your personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems, including backups
  • After 30 days: We will send you a confirmation email that your data has been deleted

6. What Happens After Deletion?

After your data is deleted:

  • You will no longer be able to log in to your account
  • All your reports and analytics will be permanently removed
  • Connections to Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Shopify will be revoked
  • Any subscription or billing information will be removed (note: past transactions may be retained for accounting purposes as required by law)

7. Alternative: Disconnect Services

If you don't want to delete your entire account but want to remove specific integrations:

  • Log in to your account and go to the Dashboard
  • Find the integration you want to disconnect
  • Click the "Disconnect" button

This will revoke Adamir's access to that specific service without deleting your account.
